- Coordinate expedited parts shipments & additional technical help if needed
- Reduces service dwell time through repair coordination and expedition, returning that vehicle back to you and its daily routes as quickly as possible.
- Proactive communication by Uptime Advocates to customers when Preventive Maintenance is due, getting your appointment(s) scheduled around YOUR schedule.
