That’s right. You’ll get paid for the hours you work — not to mention score some swag along the way.  But the most valuable part of this internship? A chance to join our team as a full-time professional truck and bus technician. Pretty sweet, right?

 

Before you get on the service floor, you’ll need a little schooling on the ins and outs of trucks and buses: how they work, the way they’re built, and what they can do. So, we’ll kick things off with a series of online classes that dive deep into their parts and systems.

If you want to be the best, you have to learn from the best. So, while you’re taking online classes, we’re going to pair you up with members of our team and put you into every service situation possible.

While you’re shadowing, you’ll make friends with the foreman, spend time with the service manager, get tight with the technicians. You’ll learn how to make repairs, dispatch tickets, bill customers, and more.

Let’s put it this way: everything that happens on and off the service floor, you’ll be on it like grease on a fifth wheel.
